"MEDIA" a Boon or Bane

Media is a boon to the human society brought with the technology, where one can express his or her views.
The modern practices made Media a bane for human society,it can be discussed clearly and transparently here.
Media is a modern means of mass communication, there are different types of media such as Print media, Electronic media, and Web media. Again these are classified as entertainment, technology, news and social.
Mostly the word media suggests us of news media. In the starting days of media they used to present the analysed data about any subject, but as the time has changed the authenticity is no more with many media channels. Supporting a particular person,organisation or a political party by manipulating the truth    has become a normal thing. The people cannot decide to follow which group of media for truth. These type of practices has made media a bane.

Tips to attend a Interview

Once i have read a comment "Never ask the people with success,but ask the people with failure atleast you can learn what not to do." The same comment provoking me to write this post.I have attended many interviews with out any research about company,b'cos of which i cant answer any question regarding the company and they thought i'm unfit..These are all very simple and silly mistakes which are big for the interviewer.
           Follow these simple tips for attending interview 
1.Gather minimum information about the company like the products,services, management ,history etc.
2.Be there at the venue before time,as it would make  you familiarwith the environment.
3.Be Confident about facing the interview,you can gain it only when you practice it at home.
4.Express all your feelings in English as it will help you to face the interview.
5.Become proficient in any technology,so that you can answer any question.

These are the effective 5tips for facing the interview.Last but not least maintain a smile on your face and look in to the eyes of interviewer while answering questions,as it would show the confident level of candidate.
